We built a page where a pro can log in and answer a question from our list. The question came from what people actually searched for or asked on our site. The pro types an answer. It goes live and anyone can read it.
This is the first time we've let pros publish answers directly. No waiting for approval. An answer goes live and starts showing up when people search.
We organized the questions so pros don't see a mess. We also locked it down so only real pros can log in. It's not perfect yet, but it works.
