A sign shop stopped claiming their rating never changes.
They still have great reviews. Just honest about how ratings work.

Magicworks is a sign and LED shop in South Texas. They had a 5.0 star rating and their ads said it was perfect and locked in. We told them that's not how ratings work. Reviews go up and down. A shop can be excellent and still have a 4.8 or 4.9 on a bad day.
They listened. Their ads now say they have strong reviews without claiming the number is frozen forever. It's honest. A real shop has real variation. The fact that they changed it when we pushed back says something about them.
