A worker won't see your phone number until you both agree to meet.

You post a job or accept an offer from a worker on our booking platform. The worker sees the job, the location, and the time. They don't see your name, your phone number, or anything that identifies you. If they want to meet, they have to agree to a time through the platform.

Only when you both say yes to the same time slot does the worker get your number. That's when real communication starts. Until then, you're just a job on the platform, and that's the point.

This keeps you safe. A worker can't spam you or bother you off the clock. And if you change your mind, you can cancel without anyone having your contact info.
