Call buttons only show up when someone's actually there to answer.

You're looking for a plumber on our directory and you see a call button. You tap it. Now you know someone on the other end is real and ready to talk. That wasn't always the case.

Before, we'd show call buttons for every business in the directory, whether they'd signed up or not. You'd hit the button and nothing would happen. Or worse, you'd get routed to a generic number that wasn't even theirs. It felt broken.

Now the button only appears when a pro has actually signed up and confirmed their phone number is theirs. If they haven't signed up yet, you see the business info and you can look them up yourself on Google or Yelp. It's honest. You know what you're getting before you dial.
