New Services · The Screener

callers get answers without waiting on hold.

The screener listens and asks follow-up questions instead of reading a script.

The screener answers calls and listens to what the caller needs. It asks follow-up questions to understand the problem better. Callers have an actual conversation instead of talking to a machine.

Why this matters: when someone calls your shop, they're already thinking about spending money. A robotic greeting makes them doubt they reached a real business. A voice that actually listens makes them feel heard. That's the difference between a call that converts and one that drops.

How it helps: the screener still captures everything, their name, their problem, their timeline. But now the caller doesn't feel like they're talking to a machine. They get asked diagnostic questions. By the time you see the transcript, you already know what they need.

We're still testing this. The goal is to sound natural and ask the right questions.
