Some local shops haven't set up their profile on Google or Yelp. Before, if you searched for one of them on our site, we'd show you a blank page. That wasn't helpful.
Now when a pro hasn't set up their profile, we show you where to find them. You can look them up on Google, call directory assistance, or fill out a form so we can contact them. You're not stuck guessing. The pro gets a heads-up that someone's looking for them, and they can set up their profile if they want.
This matters because plenty of good local work gets done by people who haven't bothered with business websites. We're not going to pretend they don't exist.
