This saves time. You tell us what's wrong. We see it ourselves. If it's a quick fix we can handle over the phone, we do it right then. If your computer needs someone to come to your house and open it up, we already know what we're walking into. Either way, you get answers faster.

The app also checks your computer's basic health first, like checking if it's running slow or if there are obvious problems. Simple stuff gets caught right away. We're still working out the rough spots, but it's working solid so far.
