We run a website where you can find plumbers, electricians, and other contractors in the Coastal Bend. For a while, we couldn't tell the difference between a real person searching and a computer program pretending to be one. That's fixed.
What this means: when you search for someone to fix your AC, the contractor sees that a real person is looking. When a contractor posts their work, they see real customers asking for help, not fake traffic. The whole thing works the way it should.
We also fixed something that broke at the end of June. Homeowners could find contractors on the site, but the contractors had no idea anyone was interested. That signal is back now.
