You post a job on NPCLocal, a free site where local contractors find work. A plumber sees your listing and calls you. On their phone, the call notification shows them your job description, your neighborhood, and how many other contractors have called about that same job.

This means they pick up the phone already knowing what you need. You don't have to repeat yourself. They know if they're the first call or the tenth. For them, it saves time. For you, it means a faster conversation.

We made a small change to how they get notified. Instead of a blank alert, they get real details. It's a simple thing, but it cuts down the back-and-forth.
