Corpus Christi has a hand-drawn business map.

we spent the last few weeks drawing a map of Corpus Christi. not a satellite photo or a generic google map, but an actual illustrated version with the neighborhoods labeled, the storefronts drawn in, and the whole thing scaled so you can zoom in and find what you're looking for.

the map is part of our work on NPCLocal. you can search by neighborhood and tap a storefront to see if they're offering services. it's the same idea we used for Alice, just expanded.

it's a weird thing to ship from a computer repair shop in Texas, but it makes the directory actually work. nobody wants to scroll a list. they want to see where the coffee shop is, then see if they're hiring.
