A customer calls and says they need a repair done today instead of waiting three days. They're willing to pay extra for that. On the old way, the shop kept all of it. On our platform, you get half.
The base pay for the job stays the same. The rush premium splits down the middle. So if a job is normally 150 dollars and the customer pays 50 more to jump the line, you get an extra 25 dollars for moving fast. We show you the exact amount before you accept the job, so you know what you're taking on.
This only works if you actually show up on time. That's why we ask for a photo when you arrive. You prove you showed up during the window the customer picked, or the customer gets refunded and you lose the bonus.
