When you get a repair done through our website, the tech stands behind it for 33 days. If a part fails or something stops working, they come back and fix it. No extra charge.

The warranty covers the work they did and the parts they installed. If a part cracks on the way back to you, that's on the tech, not on you. They eat the cost and the rework.

This is written into the agreement every tech signs. No fine print. No gotchas. If the work fails, it gets fixed.
