You finish a repair. The customer leaves happy. Two weeks later something breaks that you touched. He brings it back. You fix it again and you get paid again, because that's your warranty.
The warranty covers parts you swapped and work you did. If a part fails because it was defective or because of how you installed it, that's a warranty claim and you get paid to make it right. If the customer breaks it himself, that's on him.
You're protected too. The system tracks which parts you used and how you fixed it. If a claim comes in, you've got proof of what you did. No disputes, no guessing.
