A customer can request a rush deadline when they book. If you take a rush job, the job card shows the base pay plus a bonus for the speed. That total is locked the moment you accept. It cannot go down.
The bonus shrinks based on how long you take. But the base pay stays the same no matter what.
This means you know exactly what you're taking on. The card shows the promise, and the system enforces it.
