We rebuilt how pros rank on our site. Instead of counting page loads, we count real clicks to phone calls. If a roofer in Corpus Christi gets ten calls a week but a competitor gets two, the roofer with ten calls ranks higher. No shortcuts, no ads, no gaming.

The system looks at demand across every service and town. When someone searches for a water heater pro in Alice, they see the pros Alice residents are actually calling. We keep demand separate from page views everywhere on the site so you know what's real.

We also built a system that catches when data gets out of sync and logs it. If a rate gets old or a pro's information drifts, we know about it and we fix it. Honesty is the whole point.
