People don't all use the same words when they search. One person searches for HVAC. Another searches for heating and cooling. Another searches for calefaccion y aire acondicionado. We recognize all three.
We looked at real Google search data to find the terms people actually type. We added those terms and alternate names across the whole directory. That means more searches land on the right pro instead of nowhere.
