A pro could get thousands of visits and zero calls. Under the old way, that pro would rank high because the page got traffic. That was wrong.

We switched to tracking real phone calls. When you tap the phone number on a pro's listing on our site, we count it. That data moves the pro up or down in the list. A pro who gets five real calls ranks higher than a pro who gets five hundred page views and no action.

This matters because it kills the BS. A slick website that looks good but never gets called will stop climbing the list. The pros who actually answer the phone and show up for the Coastal Bend will rank higher. It is a slow fix, rankings shift over weeks, not days, but it is honest.
