A pro asked us which of our directories actually sends them calls. We didn't have a clean answer. We knew people were calling, but we couldn't tell them whether the calls came from the towing site, the roofing site, or the lighting site.

We set up call tracking on all 13 directories. When someone taps a phone number, we log which directory they tapped it from. Now a roofer can see whether the Corpus Christi site sent them 5 calls this week or 50. A towing company knows which towns are calling.

It costs the pros nothing. We just needed to set up the system so that when someone calls, we know where they found the number.
