You see a business with a perfect 5.0 star rating and you wonder if it's real or if it's old. The problem is once you say perfect, the rating is locked in your head.

We changed how we word it. A business can still hit 5.0. We just don't call it perfect. The wording stays honest if the rating moves, which it will. Tomorrow a new review comes in. The rating shifts. The claim still makes sense.

It's a small thing, but it means the rating stays trustworthy.
