The site started by collecting questions from Google and industry guides. Useful, but generic. Pros answer the questions they actually hear from customers in their town.
A pro in Alice gets asked about HVAC systems in heat and humidity. A pro in Corpus gets asked about salt air and corrosion. Their answers go into a review queue, get checked, and then feed the site's FAQ. Over time, the site becomes less national template and more local knowledge.
It's a slow build. One answer at a time. But it's the only way to make the site genuinely useful for a town instead of just another search result.
