When a technician connects to your computer to fix something, you don't have to give them full access anymore. The support session works fine on a regular user account, which means your machine stays locked down and you can see what's happening on your screen the entire time.
This matters if you're careful about who gets deep access to your computer, or if you're on a work machine where you don't have that kind of access anyway. Most common fixes work without full access, but some jobs might need it.
We also built a Windows installer that's cleaner and faster. You download it, run it, and the technician can connect. No weird browser stuff, no extra steps.
