We started paying attention to the questions that actually bring people to the site. Google shows us what people are typing. Our phone lines show us what they're really worried about. We're collecting those questions and writing real answers for them.
The first batch came from air conditioning and heating. People ask about humidity, about whether they need a system for the whole house, about what size unit to buy for a house in Alice versus Corpus Christi. We answered those with what we actually know. We're doing the same thing for outdoor lighting, water damage, septic systems, and everything else.
The goal is to be the place where a neighbor in the Coastal Bend gets an answer before they call a pro, or the right question to ask when they do.
