We use software to connect to your computer from our office and fix it without driving out. This weekend we upgraded the software our technicians use. The quick way to request help is back, and the handoff between systems is working again.
Nothing changes for you if you call in for help. The tech still connects to your machine the same way. But on our side, the process is faster and smoother. A good reminder that the tools we use to help you are always getting tuned up.
