We built a remote support app. You download it, we connect to your computer over the internet, and we fix what's broken. No technician in your office. No waiting for someone to show up.
The app works on Windows. You run the installer, it sets up a secure connection, and we take it from there. We can see your screen, we can fix the problem, and we disconnect when we're done. If you're in Alice or anywhere else, it doesn't matter.
We built this because house calls are slow and expensive. If your computer is broken and you need it fixed today, this is faster. We've been testing it for a while. It's ready.
