When we fix your computer over the internet, we use a program that lets us see what's on your screen and control your mouse and keyboard. We built a better program for this instead of making our team use a web browser.
It's faster and doesn't break as much. If you had us fix your computer in the last week or two, you might have had some rough spots. Those are gone now.
The program does one thing: get your computer working again without you having to leave home or wait for someone to come to your house. It's the same kind of help you've gotten before, just smoother on our end.
