If you land on the jobs board for the first time, you see a short, straight explanation of what we do and what we don't do. We don't rank posts by some secret formula. We don't vet the bosses or the workers. We don't take a cut of your pay.

What we do is show you jobs posted in your town, let you search by trade, and get your application to the person who posted it. That's the whole thing. We also explain that the board is free for you to use as a worker. No account, no app, no fees.
