We call you to confirm a job or tell you when a worker is on the way. Your phone rings. You're busy, in a meeting, or just don't see it. That used to be it. We'd leave a voicemail and hope you called back.

Now we ring again. Not spam, not harassment, just a second attempt. Most people catch it the second time. If you still miss it, we have your email or we'll let the worker know to text you. The point is we don't just give up.

It's simple: you're expecting something important, and we want to make sure you know when it's happening.
