When you apply for a job, your email and phone number go straight to the employer. We pass it along, then we delete it. We don't store it. We don't sell it. We don't email you ads later.

Same for employers. We don't save your business info or try to sell you extra services later. You post a job, people apply, you hire or you don't.

It's how job boards should work but often don't.
