Job listings work in Spanish.

The job board search, filters, and application form all work in Spanish. You can switch the language with a button and see everything in Spanish. The job postings themselves stay exactly as the employer wrote them, in English or Spanish or whatever they chose. We're not translating or changing what anyone posted.

This matters because South Texas has a lot of Spanish speakers looking for work, and employers who want to hire them. Before this, Spanish speakers had to translate the whole board in their head. They don't have to do that anymore. It opens the door to a lot more people finding each other.
