Job posts include an equal opportunity notice.
Employers can show they hire fairly. You see their commitment upfront.

When you post a job, you can add a statement that says you don't discriminate. It tells people you hire based on qualifications, not race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability.
The statement is optional. You can add it, leave it off, or remove it anytime. It's just there if you want to signal that your company hires fairly.
For job seekers, it's one more thing you can see upfront about how a company thinks. For employers, it's a simple way to show your values without extra paperwork.
