When you post a job on the local job board, the title used to get cut off mid-word sometimes. That's gone. Titles rank based on real clicks, not just page views. If people click on a title, it means they understood it and wanted to see the job.
We also strip out the label junk. A title that said 'HVAC Technician (Full-Time, Corpus Christi)' reads 'HVAC Technician.' Cleaner. Easier to scan.
The ranking system looks at real demand. A title that gets clicked more often ranks higher. It's honest feedback on what actually works.
