Jobs Board · NPCLocal
Jobs on the platform come with a time window so nobody gets double-booked.
The customer tells you when they need work done. We keep track so the same slot doesn't sell twice.
New here? NPCLocal is our local-services site that connects Coastal Bend folks with local pros, plus a jobs board.

You're a repair tech and you accept a job for Thursday morning. You block off the time. Then a customer calls the shop and wants to reschedule another job into that same morning slot. The shop doesn't know you're already booked, so they offer it to you. You end up committed to two jobs at once.
On our platform, every job comes with a time window. That's the block of time the customer said works for them. When a job gets rescheduled, the platform updates so the same window can't be sold twice. If the shop tries to book someone into a time that's already taken, we warn them.
You still control your own availability. The shop can't force a job into a time you didn't volunteer for. But the platform makes sure nobody accidentally double-books you.
