Every shop has hours. Some open at 8, some at 7. Some don't take calls on Sunday. The job board respects that. If you set your hours once a week, jobs only come in during those times. A worker won't get a call for a 6 a.m. job if you don't open until 8.
This sounds simple, but it saves workers from waking up to offers they can't take and saves the shop from fielding jobs that are already too late. Everything lines up with how you actually work.
