Know the difference: real customer call or directory listing.
Calls from our directory get a magenta flag so you know which paid listing they came from.
New here? NPCLocal is our local-services site that connects Coastal Bend folks with local pros, plus a jobs board.

A directory listing is a call that comes from someone who found you in our directory and picked your category and town. It's different from a customer who found you through the website and called your number directly. We used to mix them together in the call log, which made it hard to see whether a listing was actually working.
Directory listings get colored magenta. Magenta row, magenta labels, magenta numbers. At a glance you can see which calls are from the directory and which are from the website. This matters because the listing you're paying for is sold based on how many calls it brings, so you need to see that number clearly.
It's a small visual change, but it makes the data honest. You can see what you're actually getting.
