Know what works when WiFi goes down.
Phone, app, or remote control? Here's what works and what doesn't when the WiFi goes down.

You're shopping for outdoor lighting or an HVAC system, and the first thing you want to know is: how do I control this thing? But the sales page talks about features, not how you actually use it.
We built a page that walks through the real decision. Can you control it from your phone when you're away? Does it need WiFi or does it work over Bluetooth? What happens if your internet goes down? Do you need a remote, or does the app work fine? Can you use Alexa, or is that a paid add-on?
It's the stuff you'd ask a pro on a job site, written down so you don't have to guess. We also added control sections to the DIY and roofline pages and answered the question in five site FAQs so you see it wherever you land.
