We built a website called NPCLocal where you can search for plumbers, roofers, and other service pros in the Coastal Bend. The list is sorted by who people actually contact. We count how many people clicked the phone number or sent a message. If a pro is getting calls, they move up. If they're not, they drop.
This means you see the pros your neighbors are actually hiring, not just the ones with the fanciest website. A pro can't pay to move up the list or trick the system. The ranking shows real work.
You still see reviews, photos, and service areas. But the order comes from real customer behavior.
