You call a plumber about a burst pipe. The plumber gets a message saying you called about a burst pipe, not just 'plumbing.' That sounds basic, but it wasn't happening before.
We changed how the notification works. When someone taps a phone number on our site, the local pro sees the real type of job and the actual question the person asked. A roofer knows if you're asking about hail damage or a leak. An electrician knows if it's a new install or a flickering outlet.
It changes the first thirty seconds of the call. The pro doesn't waste time figuring out what you need. They pick up already knowing the job.
