We run a directory for the Coastal Bend region of South Texas. When you search for a plumber or electrician on it and find a business that hasn't finished setting up their listing, you used to see a generic phone number. That number might ring through to a voicemail tree or someone who has no idea what you need.

Now when a business hasn't finished their setup, there's no phone button. Instead you fill out a short form with your name, what you need, and your number. We send that form to the business. No guessing. No wrong number.

If the business has finished their setup, you get their real direct line like before. The difference is you know which is which. A finished setup means someone's actually running it. An unfinished setup means you're leaving a message that goes straight to them.
