We put a message button on every page. Click it, type your question, and it reaches the shop. No email sitting in a queue. No waiting for a callback that might not happen. We see it fast.

The button is at the bottom right. Works on your phone, works on a computer. If you're using the token designer and want to know if we can do something custom, or you're reading about repairs and want to know if we fix your model, just ask right there.

This replaced the old callback request form. Callbacks were something we promised but couldn't always deliver. Direct messaging is faster and more honest about what actually happens.
