New job categories for local shops.

We added six new job categories so local shops can post and search for work across more trades. Water heater installs, septic repairs, moving jobs, EV charger installs, water damage cleanup, and computer support.

Each one comes with a calculator. When someone posts a job, they can give a quick price range upfront. No back-and-forth emails about rough pricing. A homeowner posts that they need a water heater replaced, the calculator suggests a range based on local rates, and the shops who see it know what to expect.

It's one more tool to help the Bend's shops find work and price it right the first time.
