You read about a plumber on our business directory, click to call, and no one picks up. Or you get routed to a voicemail that's full. It wastes your time and wastes their time too.

We changed it so the call button only shows up if a pro has claimed that listing and opted in to take calls. If no one is there, you'll see a link to look them up on Google instead. You get a real answer either way, and pros only get calls from people they've agreed to help.

It's a small thing that saves a lot of frustration.
