Business customers see how we work. Homeowners see what we offer them.

We run a computer repair shop. We also built a directory of local plumbers, electricians, and other trades. Those are two different things. Our own website pages used to blur the line.
Now when a business owner visits our page, they see we do on-site computer work. We send invoices. We take payment in 30 days. When a homeowner visits, they see repair prices and how to drop off a laptop. No confusion about what we do or who we're talking to.
The directory itself is honest. We list local trades. We don't check ourselves. We're the directory, not the crew. But our own pages are straight about who we are and what we do for each type of customer.
