NPC Fix is software that fixes computers over the internet without a house call. Customers download it, we take over their screen, and we solve the problem in minutes. But our own technicians needed more power to work fast.
We added a technician mode that gives you deeper access to the computer you're fixing. You get more tools to diagnose and fix problems faster. It's the same app your customers use, but built for people who know what they're doing.
The upgrade is optional. Customers get the basic version. Technicians get the full toolkit.
