The app connects us to your computer over the internet so we can diagnose and fix problems without a house call. No waiting for someone to show up. We see what's happening, we fix it, you're back to work. The MSI installer means your IT team can push it out to your whole company if you need it, or you can install it yourself at home.

Setup is simpler now too. We fixed the login flow so you don't get stuck on Google account switches or restart loops. If something does go wrong during setup, you'll see the error instead of the app just failing silently.
