For the past month, NPCLocal had a gap in how it tracked which shops were getting real customer interest. We fixed it on July 11.

The system now splits human traffic from bot traffic so you see real interest, not noise.

We also added a new data layer so we can see the full funnel from initial tap all the way through to actual calls and leads. That helps us keep the directory honest and make sure local pros get matched with real customers.
