NPCLocal now backs repair bookings with an automatic refund guarantee and a 33-day parts warranty

Two new protections went live for repair jobs booked through NPCLocal. If a shop commits to a window, say 2 to 4 p.m., and misses it, the refund processes automatically within 48 hours. No form, no phone call, no chasing. The shop also goes unpaid for the missed job, which is what makes the promise worth anything.

The second protection covers the work itself. Repairs carry a 33-day warranty from the day the job closes. If a part fails inside that window, the tech comes back and fixes it at no charge to the customer, and gets paid for the return visit. The shop sets the covered terms before the customer agrees, so both sides know what the deal is going in.
