When a tech installs a screen and the customer drops the phone two weeks later, the old arrangement sent the tech back out at their own cost. Under the terms we just locked in, the callback is a paid job. If the part arrives broken, we cover the replacement, not the tech. The 33-day window applies to every job posted on the board.
Job postings show the flat weekly pay, the warranty terms, the parts-breakage policy, and travel pay in plain language before a tech accepts. Declining a job carries no penalty. Techs set their own availability and get booked into jobs that fit it.
