NPCLocal's tech repair jobs now show a locked price up front, and an unworked job refunds automatically after 48 hours

When a customer posts a repair job, the site shows local techs who handle that work. The customer sets an offer, base pay plus an optional rush amount, and the tech sees the full breakdown before deciding. Once a tech accepts, the price does not change. No surprises on either side.

If a tech accepts and the job sits untouched for 48 hours, the money returns to the customer's account without a complaint form or a conversation. The job goes back on the list for another tech to pick up. On the scheduling side, techs post their available windows once and jobs arrive during those hours. A tech who lists Monday 8 to 5 and Wednesday 10 to 2 sees qualifying jobs in his queue during those slots and accepts or passes. Nobody assigns shifts or calls to ask availability.
