Our job listings show honest numbers now.

We have a jobs board where employers post open positions. Every website gets crawled by bots. Search engines, data scrapers, and automated tools scan sites constantly. On our jobs board, those bots were being counted the same as real workers looking for jobs. So when we told an employer their job post got 50 views, maybe only 30 of those were actual people. We didn't know the difference.

Now we track them separately. You see only the real human views. The bot traffic is still there in the background, but it doesn't show up in the numbers that matter to you. If your job post says 15 views, that's 15 actual people who looked at it.

This also helps us figure out which job posts are genuinely interesting to real workers versus which ones are just getting spam hits from bots. We're still learning from the data, but at least the numbers are honest now.
