When you hire us to manage your company's computers, it's not like hiring someone to fix your home Wi-Fi. There are invoices. There are contracts. You get a site visit, a proposal, and a purchase order (a formal document that says you agree to buy the service). You pay the invoice 30 days after we send it, not upfront.

Our page used to show a guide for home customers. That was wrong. We rewrote it to show how business service actually works: we come to your office, we do professional work, we send you paperwork.

We also stopped saying we don't check ourselves out. We are North Point Computers. Of course we know how we work. So we just told you straight.
